Vanilla Sky Cakes are currently running classes in the Carrickfergus area. The classes are tailored for ages 16+ and all skill levels, from beginners to advanced. They are both fun and educational; there are no exams, and you get the opportunity to take your creations home with you to show off to friends and family.
